  I had a large package shipped from Englewood. There was a problem along the way due to the package size and it was sent to my post office in Georgia who insisted that I either pay a huge extra postage cost or take the package back with no refund on shipping already paid. I brought the problem up with the Englewood post office, and everyone involved was extremely helpful and sympathetic, and went far out of their way to straighten out the problem with the Georgia office and had my package sent on its way. I was helped by Sherry (or Chery?), Suzy, and Rita (I hope I spelled those correctly). The customer service I experienced was beyond anything I'd expected when this problem began, and I can only say I wish my local post office was half as helpful as the Englewood, FL post office was. Thanks for all your help.

  Today I went to retrieve my mail and very visible was a letter I had outgoing. It had been in a basket with other outgoing mail from others that the mailperson had taken.. I chased the mailperson down and asked politely if something was wrong that she did not take my letter. Very, let me repeat, extremely rudely she yanked the letter from me and said, "I guess I didn't see it!" This is not our regular person Robin. This woman evidently does not like her job! I live in Quails Run.
